Prices shown on this site are in South African Rand and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery and installation. Prices for made-to-order items are estimates until we've confirmed your exact measurements and specifications. The final price will be confirmed with you before we begin production. Quotes are valid for [CONFIRM VALIDITY PERIOD, e.g. "30 days"] from the date issued, after which prices may need to be reconfirmed due to material cost changes.
Submitting an order through checkout is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm your order by email, phone, or an order status update. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if measurements can't be fulfilled, an item is discontinued, or payment can't be verified. If that happens, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
We currently accept card payment (processed securely by Paystack), EFT/bank transfer, cash on collection or delivery, and orders where pricing is confirmed by phone before payment. For EFT orders, production or delivery only begins once payment reflects in our account. Card payments are verified automatically before your order is treated as paid.

Because most items are custom fabricated to your specifications, an order usually can't be cancelled once production has started without a cancellation charge to cover materials and work already committed. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that can't lawfully be excluded.
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Product photos are representative. Actual colour, finish and texture may vary slightly, particularly for powder-coated and natural materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
